Schematic Design
We present 2 very different ideas consisting of hand sketched floor plans and 2 exterior elevations.


Design Development
After many conversations and meetings, we select the best aspects of the schematic drawings, create all floor plans and all 4 exterior elevations and work through all the details of room sizes and placement, window configuration and exterior aesthetic until the building is all you dreamed of.


Construction Documents
Final drawings (click on the thumbnail below for samples) will be created using Autocad Architectural Desktop for use by the owner to obtain a building permit and obtain bids from interested contractors.

Construction Phase
The builders typically take over at this point and bring the project to life (photo 1 , photo 2 ). I love to come to the site to work with the contractors and help make decisions about how superb the ceiling could be or what colors would be best.
